It is our goal as an organization to see permanent and sustainable transformation in the geographical areas where we work and in the people to whom we minister. Our commitment to long term relationships is starting to produce quantifiable results in improved spiritual growth, family relationships and creating opportunities for advancement. Following are some projects we are currently working on and seeking to expand:
Veracruz, Mexico
We helped fund an organic egg farm. Once the farm reaches full potential, it will be able to produce $60,000 a year in income to help fund other enterprises and ventures in producing hydroponic food sources. In addition to creating jobs in a rural area, the project will also provide vocational training. The participants in the program will also be enrolled in a discipleship program from a local pastor .
Limatambo, Peru
Another investment was made in Limatambo, Peru where we funded a rabbit farm run by an orphanage. At full capacity, the farm will produce over 10,000 rabbits a month, providing a reliable source of protein for the children in the home and provide income from sale of excess meat.
The ministry offers scholarships to pastors and church leaders to attend leadership and discipleship classes. We also provide leadership and relationship training for leaders during our mission trips.
Tower of Hope Ministries is partnering with ATEK in Cusco, Peru to help teach adults in the area to read.
We also provide assistance to Mision America in Urubamba Peru in helping to supply some of the funding for the salaries of teachers for a private school where children are afforded an opportunity for a quality Education centered around Christian beliefs. We are looking to expand the assistance through sponsorship partners for the children’s school supplies.
