TRAINING LEADERS LOCALLY AND IN PERU

What sets us apart in this area is how we focus on the development of pastors in remote foreign locations.  We strongly believe in equipping them with the tools and resources they need so they many reach the people we are unable to reach. 

Having establised a strong Pastoral network in the country of Peru, through our partnerships, we have been able to sustain this concept.  Furthermore, we have custom designed leadership cirriculum which they are able to immediately implement.   This is a model we believe we will be able to utilize in the other countries we are targeting.

Locally, we have workshops, conferences or host webcasts to develop and enhance our leaders.  We would like to use this same model for our volunteers and others interested in ministry development.
